I got my reply from the IFW. Not to any surprise I was told that they do nto and can not give or sell me the list of those that bought the list of lottery winners as that would violate IFW regulations! They did not say what regulations but it just goes to prove my point if it makes them money they will break the rules. They make money selling my name but they refuse to sell or give me the list of buyers. Now I have to find out what the regulation is that says the buyers privacy is somehow more important then mine and the other winners.
