I found this on a baseball blog in the Atlanta Journal that was discussing steroids and baseball.
"My Grandpa played pro baseball, and even though he never took steroids, he once told me that the key to living a long life was to sprinkle a pinch of gunpowder on your cereal every morning. Grandpa lived to be 105 years old. He left 4 children, 16 grandchildren, 14 great grand children and a 50 foot hole where the crematorium used to be."
