I was out for a walk a week or so ago , when I came upon a fawn in some high grass. The fawn bolted , but not before I nearly stepped on it.
I left the fawn alone after it ran off to hide again, but being one not to pass up a perfect opportunity I backed into the bushes and made a few crying lamb calls.
I got about one and a half crys out and she came running.
I couldn't get the camera on her fast enough to get the running shot, but did get a few good pix.
Have a look.

BTW, she did find the fawn in the pines you'll see in one of the pix.
