Constitutional Amendment??
This is food for thought. Here is a link that will take you to an article written by Bill Nemitz about SAM's wish to have an amendment to the constitution of Maine prohibiting citizens initiatives on issues that fall under DIFW.
Of course it is obvious that Nemitz is not on the side of SAM and his article is of the typical whining that losers most usually display.
