Just wondering how many will be out setting traps this Sunday? I was going to avoid the dogs this year but from what I've been seeing the yotes really need their butts whooped and I could use some fox money.
If nothing else, fox trapping will get me out daily and scouting different areas!

You gonna shoot a few pa'tridge and use the guts for bait Jack? I got a buddy in Monticello that uses it for bait quite successfully. Of course last year we didn't help him out too much getting him some bait.

When I shoot patridge, I eat everything but the feathers! But, putting feathers all over and around a set trap aint legal til November, so I'll have to save 'em up.

I'been jumping those damn birds all month and still haven't thought to take the scattergun with me. DUH!

Me! been puuting a bunch of pigs heads around for an attractor. Cut the horns off a friends moose and placed it out so the ravens can have a feast. And maybe draw in a few yotes. Worked real good last year.

Albert, you ever tried the popcorn-blind set? Set three 1.5cs traps ten feet apart then dump 1/4 of a big bag of popcorn all around.

I hope you guys thin out some of those dogs. My brother had a little scare last night while bow hunting. He was using a fawn in distress call and all of a sudden had ten coyotes all around him. He snuck down after they had left a ran back to his house. Says he's packing his .45 from now on when he goes out.
