I see your from southern Maine , depending on where there is a fur sale in Dixmont, one in Wells (March 10th i belive) and a few others down that way ..

as for having furs tagged all beaver, otter, mink, marten, fisher, fox , coyote and bobcat need to be tagged... I normally have the warden come to my house to do the tagging but down that way you may have to take your furs to them.... tags are 25 cents each and payable to IFW :thumb: if you need anymore help let me know
wow thanks, im located right next to wells, so that would be perfect...not many people trap around this area very much anymore that i know of, so its a little hard for me to find these kind of things out...thanks for the help
Good man Rennat..... hope it helped Hunt12Trap.
you should come to the fur sale even if your not selling, its a perfect place to shoot the breeze with other trappers, check out how fur is put up and see how the auction process works ....March 10
