Don't most guide services already do this with the paper companies? I thought that you had to pay a set fee per/bait on some paper company land.
How many would pay to hunt a bait for bear?
In an effort to support more bear hunting here ...how many hunters would be willing to pay a use fee to hunt established baits and "guide" themselves?
If so would you be willing to pay a land owner for access to his land to hunt for other species? ( Within the framework of the regular seasons.)
