Must be in a nice spot for 65K.

I know my parents lot in Western Maine is like 5 acres and it has a sweet view of Mt Washington over across the border in NH and they could probably sell it for 125K.

You go up North and you can get at least 100 acres for that much.

the land is in Madison, just north of Waterville, yes it is surveyed, and it has had a soil test done. A very nice location. A walk to wesserunsett Lake, 2 miles from 18 holes. Ross
