Is This Too Good to Be True?
I read this story a couple of times to try to better understand what is actually taking place in Montana.
As much as it resembles communism, it sounds "Too good to be true". Is it?

We will all be faced with this same access to private lands issue some day - maybe sooner than later and we need to figure out how to make it work.
