There’s a few sportsmen who frequent the Predator Masters forum (which has bountiful info on varmint/predator hunting) that are trying to start a predator hunters club in Maine. This link should take you to the discussion on their “Calling in the East” section of the forum page:

We’re trying to organize so that we can have a voice regarding the predator hunting laws in the state (i.e. we’d like to include the lawful taking of fox and bobcat while night hunting ‘yotes for one thing). We are just getting started and can use support from all interested hunters and trappers.
