Get one with an adjustable trigger pull and with both jaws on pivots. Practice it just like a rifle, hold your sight picture and squeeeeze. A lot of different manufacturers make a good release, just visit your local pro-shop. I would personally stay away from one that requires a special attachment to the string. You never can tell how long some of these companies will be in business and if you need a replacement part, you might find yourself SOL.
