LOL... Maine is still in the dark ages and probably never come out of it! Control of everything the public does is their ultimate goal... baiting doesn't hurt anything, it actually is safer!

the Way I read it is that if your a Maine Guide or Disabled Veteran ( I'm am Both) that I can put out bait for Deer. Now all I need is some Healthy People with the Money to buy Deer Food to help and we can go shoot some Deer.
