Next spring if you apply for a turkey permit you will hunt either season A or B depending on your birthday. I don't know if everone knew that. Here's a link for more info.

i guess we are spoiled here in Georgia,,,,,,,,,,no turkey lotto here........you can kill 3 gobblers per year during the spring season, i got one with my recurve and 2 with the muzzleoader this past spring.................GA Moose

Officials have determined that the turkey population (and I don't mean politicians) is sufficient enough to let anyone who applies get one. Some day when and if the population grows enough, we can get two or more.
