Has anyone been paying attention to the new regulations for trout fishing??? They are in the works... a product of the FIC "group" at SAM.
It's a good deal if you are a "fly flicker" but if you ain't.... trout fishing will be more differcult.

I read a bit about some proposals a couple of weeks ago but couldn't find any details. I'll look again and see what I can find and whatever I find I'll post back here.
