Over 10,000 free ranging acres with 6 miles of frontage of the Brazo river running through it located about 2 hours by vehicle nw of the Dallas/FT.Worth area near Seymour, Texas. This hunt has had a 90%+ success rate for the last 4 years on bucks minimum135 class or bigger. Average buck harvested will be 135-140+ but each year they take several 150's from it and a couple 160's or bigger from it. The ranch manager only allows 3 gun hunts of up to 6 hunters each per year. No trophy fees and no daily hunting fees. Semi guided, 4 days, food and lodging in a nice stone lodge that was built in the 1800's and has been refurbished into a very nice hunting lodge. The lodge has 2 br's, 2 baths with a fully equipped kitchen included. Food plots, active feeders, shooting towers and lots of deer. Aggressively managed for trophy bucks and loaded with huge hogs also. $3,000 and you need a minimum of 4 to book. With 4 hunters you would have the lodge and ranch all to yourselves. Also included along with your trophy buck is, 1 doe, 1 hog, and unlimited varmints Any consecutive 4 day period during Dec.3-9, 2007.
