Nate and I were there all weekend. It seemed larger (space wise ) this year. The rows were about 150-200 yards long and there were 95 rows. I am sure we only saw about 60% of the vendors. saw some cool new products and spent some time with some cool people. Nate and I spoke with Jeff Murry and Ralph and Vicki from Archer's choice for an hour or so Sunday morning. What a great bunch of people. Thier son had just got his second big game animal right before the show (a wild hog). He took it age 6 with a crossbow. They were still glowing.

If you ever get a chance to go, its worth the time, but unlike Nate and I you need to get in shape. It takes a lot out of you both mentally and physicaly. Too much to see and do in a short amount of time.

I'd sure like to. I thought you had to have some kind of route to get in there. Sounds like if you really want to go you can find a way. Never been yet myself, but I heard you can wander around for days and not see everything.

Vegas would be nice, but I don't think I'll have too much time to play.

Hey Chris, caught the tail end of Northwoods Adventures last night. What a good show with Dylan shooting that Ram. Boy, was he charged up after knocking that thing down.

stweedie, thanks. I have had a blast hunting with Dylan this year. I get some crap from time to time from people saying he is too younng and I am forcing my lifestyle on him. To see him hunt, you know better. He truly has a passion for the outdoors (both hunting and fishing).

Last night, I went home early and mounted his 6 point he shot in SC and blew up some 8x10 photos of his hunts and some fishing photos. I set aside his own little corner of our small game room. He came home and flipped out. He was so amped to have his own space.

Dylan has been out with me since I could carry him on my shoulders, scouting, baiting, hunting and fishing. He is truly my best friend and partener in all that I do.

MVO optics would be a hit at SHOT for sure. We do need more Northeast co. represented. If you need info on how to get in send me a pm and I can hook you up with one of our sponsors that go now. You have a great product and would gather much intrest.

It is an industry show, but there are lots of ways to get in if you want to.

The show was awesome HUGE it would take 3 days just to cover part of it. The great thing is any and everything you can think of for the hunting industry is there. Chris and I are like kids in a candy shop each and everytime we go.
