My dad and I are thinking of puchasing a 12 Ga. Mossberg Silver Reserve O/U. It is fairly cheap for an over and under, however, It looks like a nice gun. Does anyone know of any reliability issues or anything else I should consider before purchasing this gun? Thanks,

I don't know much about them, except that they are imported by mossberg and are made by Kahn arms in Turkey. Generally quality on such imports is not as high as a "name barnd" gun, but it should do the job. Just don't expect a showroom piece. You should examine and handle the one are going to purchase before you buy it, quality can be spotty on the imports.
